MUSHROOMS / containers for nature, is a collection of vases made of thermoplastic resin, wood gand iron.
The idea that move my research approaching this practice is to study the shapes of nature, creating a kind of new parallel botanics. I like the idea of using such a ‘cheap’ plastic material simulating glass sometimes. Thermoplastic resin is a material that allow me to be always in balance between the natural organic feeling of flesh melting matter and at the same time the synthetic atmosphere of coloured plastics.

In the moment where nature seems to reject us from the planet, we maybe need to deeply understand its meanings, its rules and its beauty, that
sometimes is beasty.
